We prepare every cabin with care for your stay. Most bookings are confirmed within hours, and you will receive detailed check-in information and directions to your lakeside retreat once your reservation is secured.
We offer free cancellation up to 14 days before your arrival. Flexible and standard rates are available at checkout.
If your plans change, you can cancel within 14 days of your booking date for a full refund. Cancellations made closer to your arrival date may be subject to a retention fee depending on your rate type.
If your cabin or any furnishings aren't in the condition you expect, contact us immediately and we'll arrange to make it right.
